1. Get up one hour early:
There is an hour 25 in the day. You've been sleeping through
that. Getting up an hour early will take you some time to adjust, but once you
make it a habit, you will never look back. Research has shown that not only are
early risers more optimistic and conscientious, but they also anticipate
problems and minimize them more efficiently. Which, of course, is crucial to
success in the business world.
2. Visualize!
The first hours encourage reflection. Enjoy the tranquility
and take some time to plan your day. Think about your goals and pending. Take
the notes you need to ensure your day is calmer and more efficient. Research
has shown that even two minutes of visualization and positive thinking can
improve your mood and clarity throughout the day.
3. Eat breakfast:
Time is a luxury, enjoy it and prepare a healthy breakfast.
Sit with your family and enjoy an abundant bowl of oatmeal. Feed your body for
the tasks that lie ahead. It will help you maintain a constant focus throughout
the day.
4. Say Buh-Bye To ESA A Great Task:
Reprioritize your task list, placing the most feared task at
the top of the list. Instead of letting it hover over you all day, save
yourself the agony and stress and do it early. You will feel a sense of relief
and be more ready and willing to tackle any trivial task that follows. Also,
the morning is when you usually have more energy and you feel more rested. It
sounds like a win-win for me!
5. Motivational mantra:
First step: go deep and discover what inspires you. Step
two: create a mantra. Step three: repeat that same saying every morning. Step
four: breathe and relax. You will feel more motivated and concentrated than
ever.
6. Get moving:
Morning workouts not only give you an energy boost, but they
push you, ensuring that your senses are working. You will feel ready to face
any problem that comes your way. Studies have shown that people are less likely
to make excuses early in the morning. Therefore, with fewer interruptions, now
you have no excuse to not set your alarm 15 minutes before and make a fast
forward or a 5 minute workout. There is even an application, Hot5 Fitness, that
offers easy and effective full-body workouts.

7. Pack sandwiches!
Eating feeds your brain, improving focus, productivity and
memory. Plan your refreshments in advance and drop some bars in your bag. I opt
for a KIND bar full of proteins that is completely natural and prevents the
blood sugar level from falling. Smart snacks are essential to keep your
metabolism going and for your brain to function at full capacity during your
busy day.
